Our Transport Kit is designed for quick, safe, and efficient transitions between harvesting and transport modes. It features a horizontal heavy-duty hinge and dual braces that securely connect the front and rear toolbars in both modes.
Switching to transport mode is simple — remove two bolts from the rear toolbar and one from the front, then rotate the toolbar horizontally to achieve a reduced transport width of 5.5 metres (down from 6.2 metres in harvest mode). The entire process takes less than a minute and can be performed easily by a single operator.
While the hinge ensures smooth and efficient conversion, the braces provide additional structural security, preventing the toolbars from spreading apart or detaching during operation or transport.
