Our Platform Extension Walkways provide operators with 360-degree access to their cotton picker, allowing blowdowns and maintenance to be carried out easily, efficiently, and safely.
By improving accessibility, the walkways help reduce the risk of fires through more effective blowdowns that remove debris buildup around rockshafts, rollers, and belts. They also enable operators to change wrap or switch modes without needing to climb down from the machine.
The system includes a relocated ladder switch positioned conveniently near the cab, along with a secondary yellow tether that works in conjunction with the existing one.
A key benefit of our design is its fully bolt-on installation — no welding or cutting required. This means the entire setup can be easily removed and transferred to another machine if you decide to upgrade or trade in.

Our Transport Kit is designed for quick, safe, and efficient transitions between harvesting and transport modes. It features a horizontal heavy-duty hinge and dual braces that securely connect the front and rear toolbars in both modes.
Switching to transport mode is simple — remove two bolts from the rear toolbar and one from the front, then rotate the toolbar horizontally to achieve a reduced transport width of 5.5 metres (down from 6.2 metres in harvest mode). The entire process takes less than a minute and can be performed easily by a single operator.
While the hinge ensures smooth and efficient conversion, the braces provide additional structural security, preventing the toolbars from spreading apart or detaching during operation or transport.

The Wrap Roller Kit is designed to minimise wrapping issues and improve the efficiency of the wrapping process. It effectively prevents missed wraps and eliminates the problem of multiple portions wrapping around the bottom wrap roller.
The system features precision-engineered guides that ensure the wrap feeds evenly and consistently. In addition, grooves are machined into the bottom roller, with fitted fingers that sit within these grooves to stop excess wrap build-up.
The result is smoother operation, reduced downtime, reduced wrap loss and improved wrapping reliability during harvest.

The Auto Head Lift Kit is designed to automatically raise all picker and stripper heads to full height when the hydrostat is shifted into reverse.
